Providing your range finder can do either then it's just a matter of changing the units on your ballistic app.
I guess the only change which may take getting use to is wind calls. Mph to kph. I guess you could carry a cheat sheet. I'm just a hunter so if it's too windy I get closer or don't take the shot.
If the reticle on that scope suits you just stick to moa. The target won't know the difference
