Mystery Circlip - Tikka T3

Sooo.....

Was cleaning my T3x after the range yesterday and this circlip fell out of the mag well. I assumed it was off the trigger, but buggered if I can see where it belongs.

Any experts able to enlighten me? hopefully my shooting mate is not having a laugh.:wtfsmilie:

Think he is right. Had to clean our trigger housing out the other day.

Sorted thanks. it retains the plastic shaft connected to the safety latch. mine was in flush so wasn't obvious. chur.

Its the wingus clip that secures the dingus nut to stop it doing something you wouldnt like. Hope that helps

At my work you can have something pulled apart set out in an order so you can get it back together properly then the boss will walk up to it pick a piece up have a look at it walk off with it then put it down somewhere and forget where he put it :)

Funny. this bloody clip took me 30mins to find on the garage floor. somehow it traveled 3m and ended up under a shoe.

Yep spent an hour looking in long grass for the firing pin spring from my Benelli M2 on duck shooting eve last year after giving the gun a quick clean..never again..
