    Natchez

    Hi,
    I am interested in buying a scope from Natchez (USA).
    It says on their site the shipping is TBD (to be determined).
    Can anyone who dealt with them before clarify how to proceed ?
    Do I pay and wait for them to let me know how much the shipping is? and pay shipping extra at a later date?
    Slightly confused..

    natchez is ok with enough sour cream and lots of tobasco. none of that avocado dingo snot though

    Same as with Brownells. They add the postage on when they ship the item. You will get an invoice when they send it.
    Depending on what shipping method determines the cost of shipping.

    I deal with Natchez a lot. Mary always contacts me and asks what particular method I want to use, charges vary from most expensive (5 day delivery with Insurance) to lowest (30 days no tracking, no insurance) I just ordered a scope yesterday actually and if I have no contact in 2-3 working days email Mary direct.

    I have tried to use them once. I got the order cancelled as they charged extorniate shipping ($150+ USD) for a few reloading dies etc. I then went through Brownells and paid $34 USD in shipping.

    No other experiences but I don’t see myself given them another chance in the near future!

    You will get an email saying shipping costs.
    You can always email them before placing an order to get an estimate on shipping.

    Yeah I got an email after I ordered to advise and confirm shipping costs. At that point I replied asking to cancel my order

    You'll get it in the end but tend to take ages, if can get the same from Brownells go with them even if cost a bit more.
