IIRC there is one girl @ Natchez handling all international, or maybe the one girl (I think her name was Mary but could be wrong) handling stuff to our neck of the woods. If she is away it seems to grind to a halt. I got caught once. Others may have different experiences. And then of course the cheaper the shipping option selected the slower it takes. Recently had parcels from the States go via Japan, South America, French Polynesia. Bizarre, may have been a glitch in the tracking though. Not that this seemed to delay the delivery excessively.
