Thread: New Hardy Rifle or Not

Have owned a Hardy and struggled with consistency with hand loads (box ammo was terrible) for some reason, for the cost of the thing I was lucky to .5 MOA. A gun of that dollar value should be doing better. Sold it when I got my dad a second hand Bergara Carbon Crest, this shot .5 on ELDM box ammo. Less than half the cost of the hardy and as good if not better in accuracy. Not quite as Gucci looking but the carbon stocks are nice, would probably just upgrade the trigger.
