    Night force actar issues..

    I have a night force actar 4-16 that has very visible curly clear pubic hair type curls round the outside edge the internal lens.It is very hard to get a picture of it and it seems internal not a dirty lens.My question is has anybody come across this fault with them before?And how long the new nz agent will take to sort?
