    No4 Mk1

What's a Lee Enfield No4 Mk1, fully wooded, in working condition with matching numbers worth these days?

No4Mk1 - not sure, not that common a rifle in NZ, a few forum members are looking for one

    but

No4Mk1* - seem to be selling for $500-$1100 depending on condition and maker etc

Have to check on the year tonight, the condition is average. It doesn't have the rear ladder sights just the dual battle sights and the barrel is the Long Branch version.

Lots of longbranchs have the 300 600 battle flip, goes with having only 2 grooves and being canadian i suppose. At the ruahine auction there were a few, went for between $400 and $800 from memory. Matching numbers helped.

There's a No4 MkI on TM at the moment. Could use that as a guide?

Good point, I forgot about the savages-was just thinking of Brit ones in my comment above.
Such a rabbit hole of things to value are Lee enfeilds due to the almost countless variations
