Thread: Norinco NHM-90 22LR - chasing info

I impulse purchased a new unfired NMH-90 22lr recently and wanted to see if anyone had info on these, it's branded as "ranger" although there is no brand stamped on the gun or etched apart from the model "NHM-90".

With this info and model number, it leads me to believe that it's a Norinco made AK with a 22lr bolt, barrel and front trunnion. There is zero info online apart from GC selling them.

I was hoping to possibly add a few bits and pieces such as an ALG trigger down the line and I have no idea if it will work/fit.

Any insight from you Guys/Girls on this would be awesome, apart from that it seems like a well built, solid little AK 22lr and has worked almost flawlessly (a couple of stove pipes) during its first range outing with both high and standard velocity ammunition.
