    Sorry, I mean the pistol grip doesn't attach to the butt end, which I understand it now does have to to be a-Cat?

    I would say if its like the stock pictured its always been an e cat. The law only partially changed for a bit for the dragonov style stocks.

    But I would say its an e cat.
