    Poor QC yeah or nah?

    This isn't a thread for pointing shitty workman ship out on a public forum. I just want to know if I'm being anal

    Just bought a 20moa base for my tikka
    I've leveled the action and fitted the base and it didn't quite look right to my eye, it looks on the piss...

    Send it back?

    Sure looks wonky to me, take it off and measure thickness on both sides?

    Edit. It's definitely cut on the piss at the back end (round part) but the difference in thickness further along is as above .002 thicker on the R/H side.

    Take it off an rotate it 180 and see if its pissed the other way. Then you will know for sure.

    Easy to solve Timmay. .002" shim under the left hand side. Ha ha ha ha.
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

    I've leveled the action and the scope (not using the rail) will see how it goes this weekend...
