Hi, recently got a Weather Warrior off Pengy and the safety is very stiff to move from the 'half safe' position to the 'bolt lock' position. It is a top bolt release Accutrigger. I also have a Trophy Hunter with bottom bolt release and the safety is very easy to operate.. Any suggestions as to what I should do to free it up?

Just going off my marlin there may be a bolt on the side that if is done up too tight makes the safety hard to move. If not then some brake cleaner then some power lube or the likes?
Thanks Toby but it doesn't seem to be lack of lubrication that's the problem.. Feels like there's something rubbing that shouldn't be because it's really hard to moveQuote:

Hmmm. I dont recall it being stiff Logan. Positive yes, but not to point of being an issue. Keep me posted as i would hate to think I have sold you a problem

I can't see any bolt to loosen, I'm no help then as I've never played around with one sorry.
Don't worry Tim, it was just annoying me because it wasn't as easy to move as my .223 but she's all fixed now :DQuote:
