    To re-blue or paint?

My lovely little Kimber Classic has a couple of little rust spots on the barrel and the previous owner has tried to remove them with something that has left quite visible scratch marks.

So, am I re-blueing the barrel (Everywhere else the blueing is fine).

Or painting the lot? (Not the stock obviously, it's too pretty as it is).

Chuck it in the recycling bin. Done its dash
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

All those with dogs waiting no longer fear death. Those with many dogs waiting even welcome it in it's time.
