    Re-Blueing

    Hi Guys, just wondering if anyone knows of a gunsmith that still does blueing, I have a couple of Brno’s here that could do with a tidy up.

    I’ve noticed a lot of smiths seem to have moved away from doing traditional bluing.

    I had some done by Gunworks a while ago, and Greg Maniatis did a stunning job on an old shotgun for me. Both in ChCh

    I have moved to the slow rust method because I cannot obtain Mercuric chloride ( which I have to be extremely careful with) which I used in the much faster hot rust method.
