Just got back from sighting in a Mini30 and found the Muzzel brake holding pin had fallen out after I had finished sighting and while my son was empting a few mags for me. So I have removed the brake. Will this have shifted point of impact or is it another trip to the range??
Don't know, but do know with the silence o my .22 it shoots low when shooting in side range, back to perfect when removed.
Greg or others would be more qualified to comment than I but i would say .,
Yes there will be a change, but probably not enough to worry about unless its mega heavy

Most likely. I use a detachable break and it changes my zero by 3" vertically.
Had others on other rifles that never made a difference.
It's a mini 30, you'll never notice
Generally the POI won't change much, every situation is different though.
The best way is too check it & see :)
