reprofileing barrel heavy to light

just yet another idea for my 6mmrem plan c if plan a or b don't work out would also be a very cheep option as I have dies and brass already
been told it would only be about $150 to profile plus threading onto however I have also been told that it could possibly destroy accuracy by messing with harmonics True/fulse? I also already have a @DPT muzzle can that I use on my 223 that I could open out slightly so that I could be used on 6mm aswell as 223 would need to check with Darren if its as simple as getting the smith to run a slightly bigger drill trough each baffle????

total this option would be far cheaper than any of the other options I've considered
barrel is a tf um no5 profile currently .75in at muzzle
opinions?

Stick it in the lathe.
They have to turn them down to get them to the required profile, before you buy it.
The harmonics story is an excuse for doing a shit job.
I doubt you will regret it.

Depends entirely if the barrel has been properly stress relieved.

I have seen a tru flight barrel bend like a banana when turned in a CNC. Whereas I have put a Bartlein through the same process and it didn't move at all. Completely dead.
