    I had similar issues with Inox as well. I dont know if it was the cause but when I switched to M Pro 7 CLP (clean / lube / protect) those issues went away. Personally I am inclined to think any gun oil would be better after my experience. M Pro 7 was the bottle I brought as it was the brand the shop sold when I was in it looking around.....

    I have also since got a small fan installed in the cabinet. Its from a computer and runs off a solar panel. Just enough to circulate the air which seems to help condensation which is from temperature differences.
