Sako 75 rings to suite NF scope

My mate has a .270 Sako 75 and is toying with the idea of putting a Night force scope on it in a 56mm reticle as a moderate range rifle out to 500m, question is, since the sako 75's have a built in rail what are the options for rings so he can get the lift he needs to fit the scope and also it will no doubt need 20moa lift at the rear like most long range rigs do.
So what are the options for him, i must say this will probably be a start up rig until a bigger calibre is purchased.
With tikkas being so cheap would he be best to just buy a tikka straight up and leave the .270 for the bush work.

    Cheers people

Depending which NF he gets he won't need a 20moa rail.

The 5.5-22 has 100+ moa in it

He will need some real high optilocks ?

If he had a Rem 700 it wouldn't be an issue !!!

That's an issue for a completely different website.

Have a fondle of one before shelling the cash - a big NF sitting right up high will totally root the balance of that rifle (and a 3.5x15x56 will be a hard thing to sell on when he decides to shift it on...)

Its a done deal already and hes pretty happy as its costing him sweet FA.
They are a big scope though i was surprised but it is just a start up rig for him i think.
