About LinkBacksCan confirm the 14 is correct for the eyepiece on my HS LR 4-16x44, so pretty sure it'll be the same for yours. (Can confirm as I just broke mine, so took it off to check size for replacement)
Can't remember what the size for the other end was, but looking at your measurements, the 33 seems about right..
Most stores that stock gun bits should have them or be able to order them in. Roughly $25 a pop..
