They are leupolds. I have heaps of them.

@gonetropo knee they weren't them. Had conetrols on one of my rifles for 30 years. Plus some more recently for projects. @garyp cheers. Just have to find something to put them on and get some bases lol.

What rifle do you want bases for as I have quite a few.
