    Greetings Again,
    I think that manic scope rotation fits in with the burning need to load every case in the inventory experienced by some new (or not so new) handloaders. The first can result in no rifles that are zeroed currently in the safe and the second with no cases to try a new load turned up by diligent study of handloading publications.
    Have been guilty of both.
