How does this look ? Not too high ? Is there an advantage of being lower ? Had this rail mount ,its probably 10 mm higher than the two piece mounts . I'm like to keep it as I'm led to believe it's a stronger option , also it also clears the supresser at low power . Cheers munsey Attachment 37047

I can't see how you can get a good cheek weld with it that high. Ditch the rail and bring it down.

if it throws up like a shottie...close eyes throw rifle up to shoulder and open eyes...are you looking through scope????? that's best if a bush hobbit where snap shot at positively IDed target is helpful but if it works as is leave it alone, you can always cut off overhang and put her in lower rings.
my zastava .223 looks like that and needs it to clear bolt so I put 50mm scope on her ....looks normal now...plurry silly with 4x32 on it.

Too high for sure. Go see gunworks and get some Talley rings to suit. It's good gear needs good mounts.
