    Sentry Safe - E Cat

Does anyone have one of these safes? What you are thoughts and comments on them?

Looking at one some time in the future.

Yup mine is sweet.. heavy bastard to shift but never missed a beat. Some come with electronic codes etc, mine is just the tumbler dial like in the picture, never had an issue apart from it needs to be bigger

I've got the "14 Gun E-Cat" fireproof model too.

It's pretty sweet. Good fit and finish.

-Have the rotary tumbler model same as leathel- hasn't missed a beat.
-Would reccomend getting slightly bigger than you think you need: As with all gun safes (In my experience) the quoted number of guns held is a bit ambitious- maybe scope-less would be 14. But I find it holds 6-8 comfortably (with lots of space/not really touching) and 12 if I jam them in there.

I was goign to buy one, but wanted bigger, and didnt really want to get 2 of them, so have got a 51 gun coming

From all accounts, I would have brought one on the spot as they are sweet, just not big enough

Good safes apart from the base plates being made of carpet covered gib board ( absolute cheap shit ) that was a little disappointing

Unless your shop has one instock you may have a bit of a wait.

I asked last week and they had 6 arriving and orders for 11. More due in August but they are selling fast.
