Buyer needs to go to AO get permit to procure then send you both hard copies. Once you have them you keep one and send one back with the pistols. Must have hard copies not scans.

He will need a pinky from his club too

I've shipped a few pistols by courier, never had any issues.

Fastways as the are more Firearm friendly, but which ever company I have used I have always tracked the parcel.

And yes you'll need to have the buyer complete all the paperwork and send you your copy before you ship it.

One to seller one to buyer, so I'd your the seller you should have been sent 2 copies by the buyer keep one and send the other back with the pistol

I'd do what you ao suggests. Seller doesn't keep a copy the buyer does and the buyers ao does, who issued the permit. I would take a scan for evidence tho
Being over gunned is under rated.

I'm a bit torn with recommending couriers here- fastways are by far the most firearm friendly but I have also had them leave signature-required rifles unattended on the door step on a couple of occasions
