    SKB Shotguns?

I like the look of this one on Trade Me, I am not familiar with them but I see they are made in USA, I have been looking at a Beretta 1301 but the SKB is $1000.00 less.
I have had a play with the Beretta and it felt good, really good, I would need to see how the SKB felt but I would like to know if it is worth the effort to go and check it out or not.
I don't have the $$$ for either right now but that is no excuse for doing my homework now, does anyone have any experience with these as per quality and reliability etc.?

I have a Japanese SKB semi-auto (gas-type, not recoil-type) and I have found it to be an excellent gun. However, I would not consider a Turkish SKB to be in the same ballpark as a Beretta 1301 which I have noticed is considered, on the great grey greasy internet, as one of the most reliable auto guns.

the japanese ones were made in the town on sakaba which is where they got the name skb from, pretty good guns but tended to wear out on the gas seal if not properly maintained. i had a look at one of the new turkish made ones and its nowhere nearly as nicely made.

Thanks guys, I was misled by their website being in Nebraska, they are now made in Turkey, formally made in Japan.
I'll keep saving for the good one, cheers.
