it was brought new as a suppressed rifle. but yes, im lucky and thank full to the company that sold it to me, and took it back. I have no problem dealing with them again. great to deal with. id like to add, maybe its me but I didn't like shooting it without earmuffs (suppressed) so to me I didn't see the point.
