Thread: Stug Tactical CF Stock

Hi Everyone,

So a few months ago I ordered a Stug Tactical Stock, knowing it would take a few months I was prepared to wait.

Question - I can't seem to get hold of Stu, and now I see his website says that he isn't taking any more orders because of our current situation in NZ.
- Does anyone have a Tactical Stug Stock? Would you recommend it? Photos please!
- Alternatively I am looking at a Hi Tech Tactical stock. Does anyone have one? Would you recommend it? Photos please!

He's pretty good to deal with, just busy as he works full time and was doing stocks as a hobby/passion.
I'm hoping that he continues as he makes a great product at a great price.....Time will tell

I have Hi Tech tactical on my 7 Rem Mag. The quality of the finish is superb and it’s very ergonomic, but not especially light (about 750 grams from memory).

Stug and Southfort are a touch lighter, but the Hi Tech quality is very good. Kiwi Greg told me they got a bit heavier last year, so I guess it’s to achieve the right balance between weight and durability. Mine was made to my LOP requirements and with a barrel channel to match my barreled action.
