The last time I sent my Nova 2.2-9 back through the agent (with a chipped lens on the front,, but like yours) to Swarovski was about 35 years ago. It was gone for about 6 months and cost a small fortune for the repair (like about $500 for a $1600 scope, in 1980's money) and involved lots of bureaucratic nonsense around specific carrier/insurance (because Germany and NZ don't have a postal agreement). The insurance company paid for it; after 2 years of pointing out that a scope lens is not a window; solved when I was told by a helpful insider to call it a fluoro element. In other words, unless it is an insurance job, it is not worth it.
