    Swaro spotter ID

    Have just clicked buy now on a spotter on trade me since it was a good price. But can anyone here identify what model swaro This is? I assume it’s a ats but have never seen them with this metal tab on the side? Also any advice before transferring money over about how not to get scammed a reasonable amount of money over trade me would be great. Thanks

    Haha, you beat me by 1 second, I have just been googling too (after i missed out) yeah looks like an ATS 65 Body (2190) or ATS 8 (3390) and 30-60 eyepiece (790) bloody good buy

    I see what you are saying, I have compared photots with those on rivers to rangers website and badge is definately different, I guess you could ask Norman for history / where - when bought / receipt etc. I know there are fakes out there. i got caught recently on a Leupold, but seller refunded my money (was selling it on behalf and didnt relize it was a chinese knock of)

    The badge was likely painted black and the paint has flaked off as per my SLC bino's.

    Yeah that’s right. Bought something last year and after paying for it the trade me account and email got deleted. It wasn’t enough money for me to bother going to the cops but still has made me careful.

    Or if Anyone trustworthy lives in north Auckland flick me a pm to make a deal.
