T1x firing pin broken
Today I took the T1x out to do some plinking. It fired one shot and I noticed a weird little pin drop out. Tried to fire another round and it didn't go off. Long story short my firing pin had snapped off.
I don't dry fire it deliberately so I'm a bit disappointed.
The next question is where and how do I get another firing pin?

Thats a bit rubbish. How old is it? Touch wood ive not had any issues with mine. I might back off dry firing it now thiugh

I've sent berreta nz an email. It's only a year old maybe 1000 rounds through it.

I've broken two firing pins in my T1x, Beretta NZ have fixed it both times.
There is an aftermaret option that is meant to be nearly indestructable, made in the USA from titanium that is supposedly dry fire safe.

People love to give Beretta NZ shit, but a few years back I needed a firing pin for a Tikka T3 ( was on a wildcat that was shortened a fraction to much ) they supplied a new replacement unit with spring etc straight away & was a really reasonable price considering how expensive a complete T3 bolt is, from memory $170ish

I broke a spring in my Sako years ago. Alright, not quite firing pin serious. The NZ agents at the time supplied a replacement gratus.
