Or sleep at night and put the money in to a good pair of binos and boots for stalking. That is what a mate did and he is very glad he did. He enjoys hunting. Hunting and thermal do not go in the same sentence together. If it is for work and you need thermal then I would suggest you buy the best thermal you can. Big bucks and you will get what you pay for. It is spooky how effective it is but it ain't hunting. As a control tool it is very effective. This may ruffle the odd feather but just being honest with you. I know a few people now who got rid of it for reccy big game hunting as they were finding it had eroded their enjoyment of their hunting, which is why we hunt ultimately. Tread carefully mate is all I suggest. Each to their own.
