A good combination of rifles as have a soft spot for the husky and the 3006 and good to see the nz bit of equipment as well.
I have thought about the ar platform but decided i need to master what i have got with the time i have spare!
funny comment about the estwing as i had one years ago and went to a plumb but i have gone back to the estwing the last couple of years and modified the head with thin cut of wheel hatching which stops the staples slipping when climbing into the tacking off!
I do notice the calibre gap between the 6mm and the 3006 so a nice tikka in 260 or 6.5 would do the trick!
one last thing, there is nothing wrong with a small eel; as there is no hole it wont fit in!
