    Yea its very close further back under the tape so unfortunately I doubt it would work. Glad I could help, is a gamble sometimes without a real example!

    Seems the tape you have wrapped around the objective adds 1 or 2mm?


    But, there would be no way to fit a x50mm objective using these rings?
