So typical 8 flutes jobs on a tikka barrel would remove around 120 to 130 grams. Of course the shorter the barrel the less material I can remove.
Heavy varmint barrels can get a bit more removed, and I just recently beat my record at 392 grams on a truck axle of a barrel. the owner will recognise him self, my precedent record was at 245 gr.
