    TIMNEY TRIGGERS.

How many guys and girls out there have one of these fitted? was thinking I might just slap one into my Model 7.
I always liked a trigger that only needed a decent breath of air to set things alight..yeah I'm gonna do it.
It will just be like old times in a way..yeah right lol.

Got 3 of them on maser 98s. A good trigger. You can do a lot with a std R.E.M. Trigger if it is the right model. Shi Len make a good Remington style trigger

I have them on a Parker Hale an Omark 44 and a couple of Mauer 98's also a Winchester M70 would be happy to fit them on any rifle, They don't go breath of air light but pretty good and reliable at 2 pounds
an older Remington is just as good if polished and tweaked by some who knows what they are doing

Have one in my weatherby vanguard adjusted to 2lbs great trigger, also have one in my rem m700 that never felt as good as the Wby until I adjusted the creep a small amount also set to just under 2lbs. And one in an AR 3lbs.

I put one in my 700, it wouldn't go as lite as I would of wanted so it's probably just above 2 pound pull. I couldn't tell the difference between that and my old trigger that was worked on by Alan Carr. I'd go for the elite next time.

I have a three-lever model on my 6x47 ~F-Class gun and I guess it would break at about 6oz. You wouldn't actually want that light on most hunting rifles

Added one to my model seven. Needed a bit of fiddling to get bolt release to function. Not as much room as on a 700 . Works great

Tried fitting one to my model 7, swapped it out adjusted the pull .... sweet. But when I dropped it back into the stock (after market CF) it binds up and does not fit/work. Looks like it needs quite a bit of material taken out of the stock and/or the trigger guard. In the too hard basket for now, put the old Rem trigger back in. Be interested to hear how you get on. Have fitted several Timney's to REM700's in past - no problems. Love the triggers, especially the CE's

It cant be too hard, I think you need to take the side off of the old one ( it may be on giggle) or from the instructions with it. To fit onto the timney Mine needed to have the bolt stop plate bent some more to stop it doing an auto release. Stacey at Hamils in Tga did mine for me.
