Thread: Ultimate Rifle Sling - from Specialty Outdoor Products

I couldn't hunt half the country I do without a sling.
I have a scabbard in my pack but having the rifle in that will kill you by tipping you ass over tit over some of the terrain.
It must be some cruisey hunting not to need one.

My slings have qd swivels and take 5 secs to remove and put in day bag or pack when not needed. Simples.

Fair enough. I am also used to never putting my firearm down anywhere.
Either carry it or sling it.
If you ever were caught with it further than arms reach in the Army, bad things happen. So it became habit to have it on me wherever I went.
