Thread: Visiting American needs some advice

I think you can do better than both of those choices, the BSA may be a good rifle, but with a bull barrel its now no longer a hunting rifle anymore, too heavy, so that one is out, and the Parker Hale for $250...at a gunshop that means the barrel is screwed.

Somebody go through Trademe for our yank friend and locate a good deal for him. (I can't because I just went through all the trademe rifles already and I am at work...)

Whats the budget? And where are you located Ewlyon?
