Anyone else had this proplem. Scope is dead level with the rings /base and chamber

My first PST, the reticle would rotate when the magnification was changed. It wasn't much but it moved all the same so took it back and replaced no probs. Replacement one was sweet as.

At least VORTEX will sort you out, top notch frontline customer service 10/10. Unfortunately, they do this to often - agreed - poor quality control.
-
Good customer service backing bad quality control is not a good way to run a company, but it seems to work for Vortex. There are a lot of people who sing their praises, and quote how good their customer support is.
I would be gutted if this had happened on a eagerly awaited hunting trip.
There are better brands out there with regards to quality of the build. You pay extra for this, but whats the price you put on having a working scope when you need it.

Not much between the pst and nightforce shv price wise.

There are some decent deals on here sometimes.... Couple of Nightforce NXS 5.5-22*50 went for $1600 each a few weeks back.
