What competition grade Remmington actions are available in NZ?

I rather like the KRG X-ray and Whiskey3 chassises but it looks like the Barnard S action is 10mm too long to fit due to the way the recoil lug is fitted. KRG wont supply a cad file for me to see if its possible to mod the lug slot OK in CAD, so I guess I either need to find a different action or a different chassis that the S will fit that is not crazy money. What options are out there please? Especially known chassis that work with the S.

See if dpt can change the recoil lug position.
Being in nz I would imagine it's not hard and probably in his best interests to have the option of fitting a Barnard to his stocks.

Thanks, I am going to draw up the Barnard S in Fusion360 this weekend and 3d print it as a solid model and take it up to John to try initially I think. My problem / concern is I'm told the S is 10mm longer than a 700SA but pouring over the drawings I can find I see only 5mm. So It maybe I need to open the KRG slot in the chassis some 3~7mm with a vertical milling machine and then make a distance piece to infill the distance between the recoil lug plate to chassis rail bearing surface. The Q is is there enough material to do this. Yeah any gunsmith or machinist could do this, even me if I had a vertical milling machine if there is enough metal to do so. Otherwise I'll look around for alternative actions I can use.
