Wouldnt these advertsmostly be a sting to find whoever stole their rifle ?
I think youd need a pretty convincing story like showing the rifle run over by a quad bike to show it was a legit offer.

Where do spare bolts come from ?

My four rifles were stolen when I was overseas. They ripped the security rack out of the wall but none of the rifles had their bolts in them.
    So I was left with a Howa 1500 bolt, a Tikka M55 bolt, and 2x T3 bolts.

There was no 'undercover sting' operation. I just asked the purchaser to show me their firearms license and a photo of the rifle they will be using it in. The guy who brought the Tikka M55 was a gunsmith who brought it not for a particular rifle but as a spare... in case he has a client that needs one (or so he said...maybe it was HIM who stole my rifles!!)

From idiots removing the bolt. Why would you ever do it in the bush?
