Where is the best/ easiest place to get a tikka T3 bottom metal and AICS mags for 223

Also does anybody know if the mags are long enough to seat the long bullets right out?

I had no trouble with these guys with supply. But I can't help on the measure side of things. As I bought in 308 mag.
