    Who's seen a rimfire do this before

    2nd hand purchased 17hmr shooting Hornady 17gr Vmax

    Started sighting in at 30 yards, then when things seemed to be a little odd I moved even closer to just 12 yards! Yes that 3 shot group was shot at 12 yards LoL

    I thought the impacts sounded a bit different. And the bullet holes didn't look right thru the scope.

    Went up to look at the target and couldn't believe what I was seeing!

    She's well fooled!
