Thread: X Bolt Triggers

Hey all,

Just wanting to get some advice around the X Bolt triggers. Specifically lightening them.
They are adjustable, but down to around 3lbs, which is not my ideal. I have seen a replacement spring from MCarbo, but it looks to only reduce the weight down to 2.5lbs (still not my ideal weight of 2lbs).

Apart from just forking out the money and buying a Timney trigger, is there any other options that you know of? Apparently a spring from a Bic pen works....? Anyone on here had some success with that?
