Zeiss Conquest HD5 Turrets - anyone made one?

I have an older Zeiss Conquest HD5 3-15x. Love the scope, but the top turret is no good for dialling (even though I have been). While the clicks are good and returning the zero is fine, it's a super simple lift and turn to reset the zero -- this could easily be done by accident in a hurry, and you could totally blow out your zero without remembering where it was (I have also done that before --whoops!).

There is a company called Kenton Industries who make custom turrets, but I spoke with them and they no longer make them for theis model Zeiss. Instead they tried to sell me a new scope...

Has anyone ever tried to spin up an exposed elevation turret for one of these? Or know who makes one?

I'm especially stitched up now because I lost the turret cap somewhere in the Kaimanawa tops.

Maybe I do need a new scope...

Those Zeiss scopes with the capped turrets usually come with one of there Rapid Z holdover reticles which work well and so no need to dial. Does your scope not have one ?.
I have one also but with exposed dial up turrets, bloody good scopes !

Yes it has the Rapid Z 600 reticle with holdovers, but I prefer to dial. Hey if you don't want those exposed turrets we could always swap
