Hi there, has anyone had any experience with the Zerotech scopes, specifically the 4.5-18x40? Seems a bit too good to be true with the price. I’m after a budget dial up scope to put on a 7mm rm and can’t find any reviews on these scopes. Cheers!

I have one on a donor 22LR Ruger 10/22 as part of our SPARC 22LR series of shooting matches. So far its been going well - though we haven't been dialing it back and forth so much as yet.
With some more time I'll gain a bit more of a steer on how it goes.
I purchased a vengeance 4-20x50 PHR illuminated reticle when Delta Mike had them on a wicked sale. Replaced my 3-15 leupold firedot. Shot 2 deer at 350 meters the other week. Dialed perfectly. The quality isn't amazing once you get up past 16x zoom but perfectly good for a scope in that price range.
Cheers for the info! What calibre rifle are you shooting with?

I bought a 4.5-18x40 back in early 2022. Good solid scope and I like the reticle. It did develop black specs around the reticle after a year which resulted in the scope being replaced under warranty with no issues. The specs were from paint flaking inside - NOIA knew about the issue and thought they had got all of the affected scopes. It does have a pretty long eye relief that can be an issue with mounting depending on your setup - I had to change out the Talley rings on a T1x to using dovetail rings to get the scope far enough forward on the rifle
The Zerotech Vengeance is practically the same as the old Bushnell AR series of scopes—they came from the same Chinese factory.
I have the Zerotech Vengeance 3-12x40, the Athlon Talos 3-12x40 (again out of the same Chinese factory, so very similar, just lightened down) and both Bushnell ARs in 3-12x40 and 4.5-18x40.
After mounting the Zerotech Vengeance on a .25-06, I found the glass to not have the clarity required, and the weight was too much (although the Athlon Talos was lighter, it too failed on glass quality).
Therefore, I personally only use these four similar scopes on my rimfires - they won't be going back on any of my centerfires.
I must mention a big plus for Zerotech, and that is their warranty as it is great (as good as the Leupold warranty... and that's saying something).
