Thread: Ziess Warranty

I had a Zeiss Terra. good wee scope until the cross hairs decided to rotate. I have had it a few years but not all that long maybe six years
Took it back to point of purchase and they got in contact with the NZ agent. Took about a month to get any reply and then NO out of warranty. (If it was out of warranty it was only just out) but we can do a deal on a new scope so I asked ok what's the deal, after a month still waiting for a reply
