Yeah but you have to usually put several hours or more of work in prior to getting to that point, make sure all of your documentation is squared away, make sure all of your info is correct and then go to the hearing and then actually get any decision enforced and the resolution sorted. There's a bit more to it than the actual filing and turning up. I wish it was that simple, as a lot of times people get out of it through a technicality where you haven't filed it to the right entity.
