    12.8km, 8hrs28m later.

And we shoot a deer right back at the start of the hunt!
Yep all that walking and thinking about the next spot and when i get back to the bike Scotty calls me on the rino and says im just below you i have spooked a deer its coming your way! So i grab the gun of the rack, load it just in time to see 2 deer about to hit the track 20m in front of the bike, i nail the first one with a clean shoulder shot and the second spun on a dime and headed straight back down the hill but unfortunately not in Scottys direction.

Was a humorous way to end a very long day but good to get a deer for friends.

    Ha ha good stuff
I often think about how many deer i must be driving past on the way and then walking past heading to the "good spots"

Hunt your feet first ay .

Sweat equity invested. Investment returned. Brilliant.
