    @Nathan F I didn't get to sleep until 2am Tuesday morning because of cramp. There is always a price to pay, regardless of taking magnesium and a hand full of various "keep me alive and healthy" pills. But yeah, keep that weight off, eh. Even to just avoid diabetes later in life.
