Anyone watch Johanna Lumley in Japan on Prime last night?

Interesting programme, but had a laugh at her, the animal activist vegetarian, dressed from head to toe in fur. Says quite a bit about her loyalty.

Yeah, there were a few laughs. Almost made me want to go there for a look. Almost.

Seems all actors need a cause to justify themselves these days. Not all of them appear that well considered.

Im pretty sure that at some point she said "me and my fake fur coat" - I thought that was a weird thing to make a point of at the time but I didnt realise she was an animal activist.
My wife and I are planning on going later in the year to have a look around.

How well you have studied human nature. Guilty as accused.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Joanna Lumleys contribution to humanity is far in excess of many of the younger "stars" of today. At least she has made some interesting television without being a drama queen in her private life.
And she isnt too bad looking still for an old bird....

Her father served with the Gurkha’s. She was instrumental in the campaign to provide Gurkha veterans the right to settle in GB.
I remember watching a really good doco about the campaign. Good viewing.

Yeah. Good watch and she did make a point that the fur wasn't real. Disappointed not to see some sika though.
