    Bergered

Following on from Craigc Amaxed, this fella was Bergered with an SSRNZ built .284 as well. This time only 220m,

Projectile entered the front shoulder and was found on the offside neck, but did not pass through the shoulders but travelled down the neck if that makes sense, Bullets do some weird things!!

His day took a rather definite downward turn during that 19 seconds. Nice work!

    Bang/flop - best result mate.
Close enough to the head for hydrostatic pressure to do the job - IMHO.

Awesome shot mate - lights out! It kind of looked like your shot was always going to angle through the shoulder and into the neck anyway....?

Those Bergers certainly work well, toss up between the A-Max and them for long range work.

Not that I have ever shot the Berger or pushed the extreme range of the amax on animals but doesn't the amax expand more reliably at lower velocitys (further range) than the Berger? Or is that just internet talk.?
